	George Warde Chairman of the Board Mr. Warde has worked in the aviation industry for over 60 years. He is recognized worldwide as one of the preeminent figures in the airline industry. He has served as President, COO and Board Member of American Airlines; President, CEO and Board Member of Continental Airlines; President of Airbus Industries/North America and Board Member, served as MD of Foshing Airlines (TransAsia), Taipei, Taiwan. Mr. Warde has been Chairman of Flight Safety Foundation and member of the National Research Council Aeronautics and Space Board. He has served as consultant to various corporations, airlines and industry groups around the world.
	Phil King President Mr. King is the principal founder and has been a key employee of the company since it was founded in 1994. Mr. King currently serves as CEO and President. He is an experienced and versatile aerospace professional with 40 years experience solving business and technical problems. He has facilitated numerous leadership, management and human resource training classes in the industry. He has an extensive background in aircraft repair processes, planning, implementation and vendor management. Mr. King is a licensed commercial pilot and also holds both airframe & powerplant licenses as well.
	Alan Schmitz Alan Schmitz is a Director specializing in finance. He is a partner of Tullius Taylor Sartain & Sartain LLP and his previous experience includes eight years with two national accounting firms and nine years as the tax director for a local practice with seven professionals. Alan's areas of expertise include federal taxation issues for s-corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies as well as corporate taxation, individual taxation, and estate and family wealth planning.
	Fred Slicker Advisor Frederick K. Slicker is an Advisory Director to the Board and General Counsel for Warranty House International. He has practiced law for more than 33 years, primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance and general business transactions. He is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education programs for other lawyers. He holds a Juris Doctor with highest distinction from the University of Kansas Law School and a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School.
